Prior to Cvent, Patrick was the CMO at Deltek, a global enterprise software company with over 23,000 customers around the world, where he built and promoted Deltek's global brand. Patrick has a bachelor’s degree from Penn State University and an MBA from the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business.
Larry Samuelson
Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary
As a key member of Cvent's senior management team and the company's chief legal officer, Larry manages and oversees all aspects of the legal function, including Board governance, equity and debt offerings, M&A, commercial contracting, IP management, litigation management, employment matters and ethics. Before joining Cvent, Larry was the Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at NeuStar. Larry earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Tufts University. He then received his Master's degree in International Affairs from Columbia University and his Juris Doctor degree from Boston University's School of Law.
