Some examples of new features we will discuss include:
- GDPR Compliance – Planners can now gather consent from attendees utilizing a new consent custom field and easily report on the consent responses within the Conference admin.
- Invoice Address & PO Number updates – Planners can now expose the purchase order field on an invoice for attendees to fill out. Attendees will also be able to update the invoice address to help with reimbursements and tax compliance.
- Featured & Highlighted sessions in the Session Catalog – Planners can now highlight sessions on the session catalog in Connect so they stand out in the session list. Additionally, sessions can be flagged as a featured session to appear at the top of the search results list in Connect.
- Mobile Connect – Attendees utilizing their mobile device will have an optimized experience when viewing the session catalog or enrolling in sessions.
- New Reporting Framework – Cvent Conference is introducing cross event reporting. Planners can now see attendee and session data in visually friendly reports.
