As event planners and marketers are starting to realize, hybrid events are an entirely new event type that require a different planning process from fully virtual or in-person events. They are all about creating one event with two experiences that engage each audience. This format is the future of the events industry and we’re seeing organizations take on the challenge of being one of the firsts to execute a hybrid event safely and successfully. MPI recently took on that challenge and reimagined their World Education Congress as a hybrid event that drew over 1700 attendees, with 600 attending in-person at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center in November.

We’re thrilled to be speaking with leaders at MPI and the Gaylord Texan in this panel discussion to learn more about creating safe and successful hybrid events. We’ll be speaking with Drew Holmgreen, Vice President of Brand Engagement, Melinda Burnette, Director of Events at MPI and Tom Egan, Director of Sales at the Gaylord Texan to get an insider’s look into:

  • Working together with venues safely
  • Creating engaging content for two distinct audiences
  • Marketing an event as safe for in-person attendees
  • Laying out safe spaces for a full onsite agenda

….and much more. You won’t want to miss this!
