Europe's hospitality market isn't slowing down. It's shifting. And the data tells you exactly where.

RevPAR is up 1.2% YoY, 56% of submarkets are still growing, and MICE business is outperforming transient on both occupancy and ADR. With regional occupancy already at 71–80%, the real lever isn't filling rooms. It's protecting rate. (Source: STR)

And the MICE pipeline is where rate protection becomes a real opportunity. Unique RFPs are up 16%, RFP value up 32%, and room nights up 30% (Europe excl. UK & Ireland, YTD Apr 2026). Southern Europe leads with RFP value up 45% and room nights up 38%. The first hotel to respond wins 23% of the time. (Source: Cvent Supplier Network)
