According to the MICE market analysis report by STR, 72% of European submarkets are seeing RevPAR growth. Europe is expected to perform well overall, with steadier growth in 2026, driven mainly by higher room rates and limited new supply.
In 2026, we anticipate that performance will vary by region. Northern and Western Europe may face slower growth, while Southern Europe is set to see stronger ADR and RevPAR growth due to increased demand from the US, little new supply, and major events, knowing where to hold rates steady and where to be aggressively competitive will be key for hotels in every region.
